Sue Su leads sales and marketing for Jummos, the agricultural machinery brand of Tsingtao Jummos Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. Based in Qingdao, Shandong, she works directly with farmers, distributors, and agricultural contractors across international markets, advising on machine selection, capacity, and the practical realities of forage handling and livestock feeding in different climates and farming systems.

Her focus is the point where manufacturing meets the field. A baler wrapper or a TMR mixer is a long-term investment, and the difference between a machine that suits a farm’s daily routine and one that does not shows up directly in labor cost, feed quality, and herd performance. Much of Sue’s work involves helping buyers match equipment to their actual operation rather than to headline price alone.

Experience in Agricultural Machinery and Feed Preservation

Sue has worked in the agricultural film and machinery industry since 2018, first as Director of Sales and Marketing at Qingdao Silage Film Manufacture Co., Ltd., where she managed both domestic Chinese and overseas sales. Since January 2021 she has held a general management and commercial leadership role at Tsingtao Jummos Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., the manufacturer behind both the Jummos range of baler wrapper and TMR mixer machinery and the Silopak brand of silage film and bale net wrap.

Across that time she has developed particular expertise in:

  • Baler wrapper and TMR mixer selection, matching machine type and capacity to herd size and forage system
  • B2B export trade, working with buyers across Australia, New Zealand, North America, Europe, and Asia
  • OEM and private-label production for distributors and agricultural retailers
  • Matching equipment specification to regional climate, power source, and on-farm operational layout

Before entering the agricultural sector, Sue spent eight years in management, market development, and administration at Kalantis Dalian Science & Technology Co., Ltd., where she worked on market research and commercial operations for the Chinese market.

Education

Sue holds a degree in English from Dalian University of Foreign Languages (2000 to 2004), which underpins the direct communication with international buyers that characterizes much of her work.
